Buy with MSC

There is something truly remarkable about helping someone search for a home. Whether my client is a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor, the feeling of finding the one does not get old. I’m infinitely thankful for my trusting clientele, and if you’re looking to buy in the next twelve months, I’d love to add you to that group of people.

Why should I work with a realtor?
In this day and age, it’s easy to find a home online and set up a showing without being represented by an agent. However, there are so many benefits to hiring an agent. Our services don’t cost you anything (seller pays commission), we have direct access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), we’re full of market knowledge and we can thoroughly explain that information. An agent is a professional negotiator who will fight to get you the lowest price possible.
Why should I buy with MSC?
If you scroll through my testimonials, you’ll notice a few common themes. My clients will tell you that I listen to their wants and needs, respond to them immediately and fiercely negotiate deals on their dream homes. I consistently go above and beyond to serve them. Buying a home is one of the most significant (and most expensive) life events — I understand the emotional ups and downs of the process, and I’ll support you through it all.

Okay, I’m ready to get started. What’s next?
Hooray! First, let me know via email or phone. We’ll set up a time to grab Starbucks — coffee’s on me. During that initial meeting, you will tell me everything you want in a home, like an island in the kitchen or enough space for a nursery. I’ll also explain the entire buying timeline to you. There’s a lot that happens, from private showings to a home inspection to closing day. Bring your questions.
I don’t know any mortgage brokers, inspectors or attorneys. Who should I talk to?
My people are the best people. I have a list of recommended vendors that I’ve worked with over and over again. Just ask, and I’d be happy to connect you to any of my contacts.
